SERVICE AGREEMENT

By using DecisionX Sports services, you agree to these terms. Our services include video analysis, training decision reports, and coaching consultations.

DELIVERY TERMS

Standard Turnaround:

Decision Report: 48-72 hours from video submission
Re-test Analysis: 48-72 hours from follow-up video submission
Live Review Sessions: Scheduled based on coach availability

Delays: If we cannot meet the stated turnaround time, you will be notified and offered the option to wait or receive a full refund.

标准交付时间：决策报告：视频提交后48-72小时；复测分析：后续视频提交后48-72小时；实时讲解：根据教练可用性安排。如果我们无法在规定时间内交付，您将收到通知并可选择等待或获得全额退款。

REFUND POLICY

Full Refund Eligible:

Cancellation before video submission
Service not delivered within stated timeframe (if you choose not to wait)
Technical issues preventing service delivery

Partial Refund (50%):

Cancellation after video submission but before analysis begins

No Refund:

After report delivery
Dissatisfaction with analysis conclusions (we stand by our evidence-based approach)

退款政策：全额退款适用于视频提交前取消、服务未在规定时间内交付、技术问题导致无法提供服务。部分退款（50%）适用于视频提交后但分析开始前取消。报告交付后或对分析结论不满意不予退款。

RESCHEDULING

For live review sessions, free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late rescheduling may incur a fee or count as a used session.

对于实时讲解，可在预定时间前24小时免费改期。迟于此时间改期可能会产生费用或视为已使用的课程。

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

DecisionX Sports provides analysis and recommendations based on submitted video evidence. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
